This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for campaigns booked through Creators Bridge (QUANTELLOVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. How Bookings Work
Booking a campaign reserves a specific date and a set of creators for your venue. Once confirmed, we begin coordinating — shortlisting creators, blocking their calendars, and planning the activation. Because creators commit their time and turn down other work, the amount we can refund reduces as the campaign date approaches.
2. Cancellation by You
You may request a cancellation by writing to hello@snapthestreets.com or via your campaign coordinator on WhatsApp. The refund depends on when we receive your request, measured against the scheduled campaign date:
- 7 or more days before the campaign date — full refund, less any payment-processing charges already incurred.
- 3 to 6 days before — 50% refund, since creators and scheduling are already committed.
- Within 72 hours of the campaign date, or once creators have been finalised and mobilised — the booking is non-refundable.
These are our standard windows. If different terms are agreed in writing at the time of booking, those agreed terms apply instead.
3. Rescheduling
Where possible, we prefer to reschedule rather than cancel. A campaign may be moved once, free of charge, if you give us at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to creator availability on the new date. Repeated rescheduling, or requests inside 72 hours, may be treated as a cancellation under Section 2.
4. Cancellation or Shortfall by Us
If we cancel a confirmed campaign, or cannot deliver the agreed number of creators, you may choose either:
- a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion, or
- a rescheduled campaign at no additional coordination fee.
Our liability in such cases is limited to the amount you paid for the affected campaign, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
5. What Is Not Refundable
- Work already completed or content already delivered.
- Payment-processing or transaction charges levied by third-party providers.
- Outcomes — we coordinate the activation but do not guarantee footfall, reach, sales, or virality, so results falling short of expectation are not grounds for a refund.
- No-shows or access issues at your venue that prevent creators from filming on the day.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. Timelines on the bank or provider’s side are outside our control. We do not store your card or bank details.

If you are unhappy with how a refund or cancellation was handled, please contact us first at hello@snapthestreets.com so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute is otherwise governed by our Terms & Conditions and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
